• Maintenance of the entire hotel operation
• Performing minor repairs
• Creating any defect lists
• Reporting defects and damages of any kind
• Inspection tours throughout the hotel operation
• Negotiation and obtaining of offers and service contracts
• Contacting various companies in case of damages
• Professional handling and maintenance of technical facilities
• Careful handling and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Professional handling and maintenance of the alarm system
• Training and further education of subordinate employees

This is you

• Completed training in a craft profession, preferably as an electrician or plumber
• Several years of professional experience
• Language skills in Italian, English or German
