Your Tasks

• Supervise and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Participate actively in menu planning and food preparation
• Maintain smooth coordination with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Report to the F&B Manager in daily kitchen operations

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food safety standards
• A hands-on attitude and a passion for culinary excellence
• Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure
• German communication skills – English is a strong asset
