The Kulm Hotel is world-renowned for its magnificent halls and meticulous attention to detail. As the right hand to our Head Florist, you will play a key role in transforming our hotel into a blooming masterpiece. You are more than a florist – you are an ambassador of aesthetics and elegance.
Your Mission:- Creative Staging: You will take a leading role in the entire floral design—from delicate table arrangements to grand, imposing bouquets for our most exclusive suites.
- Event Highlights: Showcase your skills in large-scale floral design during glamorous weddings, gala evenings, and major seasonal projects (such as our legendary Christmas and New Year's Eve decorations).
- Perfection in Detail: You ensure a consistently flawless appearance of all arrangements and green plants, both indoors and outdoors.
- Taking Responsibility: You support the department head operationally, coordinate flower deliveries, and ensure that our high quality standards are felt in every single arrangement.
- Start Date: June 1st, 2026 (Seasonal Contract)
This is you
- Foundation: You have a completed vocational training as a Florist and initial professional experience in the field.
- Creative Passion: You have a sharp eye for colors, shapes, and current trends. Your goal is to create an "imposing atmosphere" for our international guests.
- Composure: Even during major events and high-volume periods, you work precisely and efficiently, always maintaining an eye for the smallest detail.
- Personality: Your appearance is as polished as your floral work. You are a proactive communicator within the team and a warm point of contact for our guests.
- Languages: You are able to communicate effectively in either German or English.
