Your tasks

• Welcome, assist, and engage with guests throughout their stay, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
• Provide dedicated attention to VIPs, repeat guests, Kristall Club members, and special occasions.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.
• Coordinate guest preferences and special requests with all relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and participate in operational briefings to stay informed of arrivals and special requests.
• Conduct courtesy, pre-arrival, and pre-departure calls to enhance the guest experience and satisfaction.
• Respond to guest feedback and uphold LQA standards at all times.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, relay messages, and coordinate communication between guests and hotel departments.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, transportation, and local attractions.
• Promote and cross-sell hotel services, including F&B outlets, Spa treatments, and Concierge experiences.
• Monitor guest requests through hotel communication systems and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Support smooth arrival and departure experiences, including transportation, billing, and luggage arrangements.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Strong guest-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge oh hotel management systems
• Fluent in English. French and German are a strong advantage
• A minimum of a year’s experience in a luxury establishment
