Your Responsibilities

• Replacing and supporting the Purchasing Manager
• Stockkeeping managed properly and neatly, in accordance with the First In, First Out principle
• Reconciliation of inventory records with physical stock; daily spot checks on a sampling basis
• Accurate stock control in all retail locations
• Orderliness and cleanliness in all warehouses
• Control of internal orders (receipts and selling price checks)
• Monitoring expenditures from the warehouse and cellar
• Verification of invoices and delivery notes with Hypersoft
• Responsibility for proper storage of all goods across the entire work area
• Receiving goods: checking quantity and quality; signing for accepted deliveries
• Assistance with monthly stock taking
• Responsibility for returning empty containers and refundable items (pallets)
• Monitoring maximum and minimum stock levels in all warehouses (First In, First Out, stock turnover; identifying stock bottlenecks)
• Issuing sold goods according to the daily closing and order form
• Checking and disposal of all empty containers and temporarily borrowed items
• Monitoring warehousing and issuing cleaning supplies from the storeroom
• Willingness to work wherever required within the department

Your Profile

• Formation within the hospitality industry
• Passion for hospitality and gastronomy
• English and French language skills are an advantage
• Clean, well-groomed, and friendly appearance
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Team player

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
