To support our growing operations, we are currently seeking a VIP Customer Service Representative (100%). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our high-profile aviation clients, coordinating service delivery and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
The position offers an annual gross salary of CHF 60,000, including the 13th month, with conditions negotiable depending on experience.
As a VIP Customer Service Representative, you will be the point of contact for our inflight VIP and commercial clients, providing top-tier service and ensuring their catering needs are handled with care and professionalism.
Your key duties include:
• Delivering exceptional customer service in line with inflight catering protocols
• Monitoring flight schedules and forecasts
• Liaising with the Executive Chef to ensure all client specifications are accurately met
• Coordinating with internal departments regarding changes or client updates
• Managing customer complaints: investigating, resolving, and reporting outcomes
• Packing and delivering catering orders to private jets in line with company standards
• Preparing marketing materials for client visits (e.g. welcome boards, activity reports, airline flags, and branded goodies)
• Managing the invoicing process, including price updates and data accuracy
• Participating in VVIP events as needed
What you bring with you:
• A business or hospitality background (degree preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility and independence — able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first mindset and a high level of professionalism
• Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• A valid driver’s license is a strong asset
