We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position :
ASSISTANT RESERVATION MANAGER
- Handle professional telephone and written reservations
- Process all reservation requests efficiently
- Actively sell rooms and vouchers
- Create tailored offers for guests
- Maintain and update the guest database
- Provide guest service in three languages (German, French, English) and manage related
correspondence
- Manage all reservation requests and bookings for groups post-contract, collaborating with
sales and events teams
- Deliver professional customer service in compliance with LQA standards
- Implement strategies to enhance guest retention and drive repeat bookings through targeted
marketing campaigns and exceptional service
- Conduct monthly commission checks for all OTAs and travel agencies
- Set rate codes for voucher sales
- Control pricing for group reservations
- Ensure timely processing of reservations, cancellations, and payments
- Maintain and oversee data accuracy in reservation systems
