The Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich offers 343 appartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long business stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes). THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the catering or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in reservation management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

The main Responsibilities include:

• Manage and process reservations efficiently and accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and facilities
• Handle special requests and VIP guests with professionalism
• Assist in maximizing room bookings and occupancy
