Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire booking process, from initial offer creation through to confirmation, including prepayments, cancellations, and amendments
• Maintain and continuously update the guest database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date guest information
• Deliver exceptional customer service in at least two languages, with fluent English being essential
• Manage all group booking inquiries and reservations in close collaboration with the Sales and Events teams
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen guest loyalty and drive repeat bookings through targeted marketing initiatives and outstanding service
• Prepare and process monthly commission settlements for all OTAs and travel agencies
• Set up and maintain rate codes and monitor connectivity across all distribution channels
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reservation systems and the CRM
• Manage the Dailypoint CRM to ensure effective automated guest communication before and after the stay

Your Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment within the reservations department
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner when interacting with guests and business partners
• Fluent in English, with either German or French, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of reservation processes, distribution channels, and hotel systems
• Excellent IT skills and strong proficiency in hotel systems and software; experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage
• Strong guest focus combined with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a natural talent for sales
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated personality with a high level of professionalism and service awareness
