Main responsibilities

• Welcome guests with elegant, personalized service in line with our 5-star standards
• Anticipate guest needs and manage special requests (upgrades, special occasions)
• Handle reservations, check-in/check-out, billing, and cash closures
• Maintain accurate guest profiles through our PMS to ensure continuity of service
• Act as a key liaison between departments (housekeeping, F&B, SPA, maintenance)
• Ensure smooth handovers and a seamless guest experience across shifts
• Report any issues or guest concerns to Management
• Uphold the appearance, demeanor, and standards of a 5-star boutique hotel, SLH member, and Forbes Travel Guide-recognized property
• Promote our Michelin-starred restaurant, exclusive SPA, and curated experiences
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue goals through thoughtful upselling

Essential Requirement:

• Previous experience in Front Office or guest relations, ideally within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Fluency in Italian, English and goog command of German
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural sense of hospitality and attention to detail
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury boutique hotel brand
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS); familiarity with Opera or similar systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest requests with discretion and composure
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Passion for delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences
