Your main tasks

• Daily correspondence in German, English, and French
• Sales conversations, acceptance, and processing of written and telephone reservations
• Guest check-out, including cash handling, and, if necessary, organization of luggage and transfer services
• Guest check-in, including escorting them to their rooms
• Maintenance of guest records
• Posting of daily revenues and daily closings (checking service invoices)
• Posting and billing of minibar charges
• Billing with individual departments and correct accounting
• Credit card and commission settlements
• Preparation and verification of guest and travel agency invoices

Your profile

• Professional experience in a similar establishment and in a similar position, either domestically and/or abroad
• Fluent spoken and written skills in German, English, and French
• Guest-oriented thinking and behavior, with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
• Team spirit, commitment, flexibility, and resilience
• Ability to work in an organized manner even in hectic situations
• Experience in accounting and/or a good aptitude with numbers is an advantage
