You have professional experience as senior level (3 plus years a breakfast or sous chef level) or in a comparable position with management responsibility.
You are characterized by strong organizational skills, creativity, calculation reliability, quality and cost awareness, flexibility and the ability to work in a team.
Confident in handling of business key figures and the common Microsoft Office programs and Mirus is an advantage.
