Your key responsibilities
As a valued member of our Linen Room team, you contribute to our guests' comfort by ensuring the highest standards of laundry care through your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and meticulous approach to your work.
The professional care and careful ironing of guests' garments form an integral part of your responsibilities.
You ensure that all laundry is carefully sorted, professionally packaged, and delivered on time in accordance with LQA standards, meeting the expectations of our international guests.
Throughout every stage of the laundry process, you maintain our high quality standards.
You inspect all garments for completeness, stains, or damage and ensure that any necessary reprocessing or repairs are carried out.
Through your dedication, you help provide our discerning guests with an impeccable and first-class service experience.
You also support the care and careful ironing of staff uniforms.
By managing your time efficiently and organising your workflow effectively, you make an important contribution to the smooth operation of the Linen Room.
What you bring to the job
You have gained initial professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a laundry, textile care, or hospitality environment.
Experience in ironing and handling professional laundry equipment is considered an advantage.
A structured approach to work, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality are among your key strengths.
Even during busy periods, you remain reliable, resilient, and well organised.
With a strong service-oriented mindset, you handle guests' personal garments with the utmost discretion and respect.
You have a good command of English and Italian; additional language skills are an advantage.
Teamwork comes naturally to you, complemented by the ability to work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Our offer
Fixed-term seasonal position from the end of November 2026 to the beginning of April 2027, with the opportunity for further seasonal employment.
Average 5-day working week with 43.5 working hours.
5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year.
13th salary from the start date (pro rata temporis).
